Upload the MOV and open the options. Frame Extraction has two modes: Single Frame saves one TIFF from the second you enter (for example 1, 5 or 10.5), and All Frames saves every frame of the video as a TIFF image. There is no every-Nth-frame or one-per-second mode.
Same resolution as the MOV video — a 1080p source produces 1920×1080 TIFF frames; a 4K source produces 3840×2160 TIFF frames. Use /resize-image/ after extraction if you need smaller thumbnails or social-media-sized assets.
Yes, with All Frames in the Frame Extraction option, but watch the count: one minute of 30 fps video gives 1,800 TIFF images. For a single still, choose Single Frame and enter the second you want instead.

Is my MOV video private during frame extraction?
+
Yes. Uploaded MOV files are processed on our own conversion servers, no person reviews them, and they are never shared. The upload and the converted TIFF are both deleted automatically about 24 hours after the conversion, which leaves time to download the result. See /privacy/ for the full policy.
